![]() All-ACC Baseball Team Announced
May 25, 2002 St. Petersburg, Fla. - With seven All-ACC selections, the Florida State Seminoles head up the 2002 All-Atlantic Coast Conference baseball teams as selected by a vote of the league's nine head coaches. The teams, announced today at the 29th annual ACC Baseball Tournament, also include six players from Clemson, and five players from Georgia Tech and Wake Forest. North Carolina and Virginia each tab two all-conference selections followed by NC State with one selection. Florida State's Ryan Barthelemy, Clemson's Khalil Greene and NC State's Brian Wright are all making their third-straight appearances on the all-conference team while the following players are making their second-straight appearance: Jeff Baker (Clemson), Dan Street (Virginia), Steve Reba (Clemson), Dave Bush (Wake Forest) and Matt Lynch (Florida State). The 2002 ACC Player, Rookie and Coach of the Year will be released on Monday, May 27.
